KEY INFORMATION

VISITORS TO THE CARNIVAL

• ROAD CLOSURES start at 4pm and will be in place until 10pm

• The MAIN CAR PARK will open at 3pm. Please note, the gate to the field will be locked at 11pm. Entry to the car park is £2 CASH ONLY

• The Carnival will start at 5pm on Goonvrea Road

• Prize giving will take place at the SPORTS CLUB at 7:30pm

FLOAT MANAGERS

• The CARNIVAL FIELD will be open from 2:30pm

• ROADS will be CLOSED from 4pm, so floats must be in the field by 3:45pm at the latest

• We kindly remind float managers that we are aiming to FINISH THE CARNIVAL at 7:30pm. Please avoid leaving large gaps between floats and please stick to the 3 minute performance schedule!
