Carnival Rules:
- Alcohol is prohibited on all vehicles in the carnival procession.
- Entrants are instructed by the POLICE not to throw ANY missiles (e.g. eggs, flour, water, sweets or smoke bombs).
- It is ESSENTIAL that vehicle owners ensure the safety of their passengers and have appropriate insurance in place for this event. Vehicle owners are responsible for the insurance of their vehicle and any passengers on board during the procession
- Any children’s groups on motor vehicles must include 2 supervising adults.
- Any child (under 14) needs to be supervised during the procession by an adult
- Entrants agree to hand over monies collected during the procession for the funds of the Carnival Committee.
St Agnes Carnival supports responsible use of alcohol.
Intoxicated entrants WILL be asked to withdraw from the carnival procession
