Carnival Rules:
- Entrants are instructed by the POLICE not to throw ANY missiles (e.g. eggs, flour, water, sweets or smoke bombs).
- Alcohol is prohibited on all vehicles in the carnival procession.
- The owner/driver of any vehicle is responsible for the insurance of the vehicle and the safety of its passengers.
- Any children's groups on motor vehicles must include 2 supervising adults.
- Entrants agree to hand over monies collected during the procession for the funds of the Carnival Committee.
